Kine Johansen, one of the Sweden’s leading physiotherapists specializing in infant motor development, is opening up a small, free workshop for a group of parents and their babies. Come learn how to support your baby's movement and development with confidence, straight from someone who has spent her whole career working clinically and conducting research in this field and truly loves sharing it.

Photos will be taken during the workshop and may be used on Kine’s website and social media, as well as in courses and other educational materials and resources. They will also be used in Elisa's social media. Before the workshop, we’ll ask you to complete a short photo consent form so that it's clear how the images may be used. As a thank you, you will also take home a few images of you and your baby.

A few small things to bring along: your baby’s favorite toy and a yoga mat in a neutral color (please skip neon). Please wear something in calm, warm autumn tones if you have it (forest green, dark greens, orange, aubergine color, brown etc)

If possible, arriving with a recently fed baby and a fresh nappy will help everyone settle in comfortably.

For your baby, simple, comfortable clothes in soft or neutral colors are perfect – cream, beige, soft brown, muted green, dusty pink, light blue, etc. If possible, please avoid large logos, text, strong patterns and neon colors.

We'll be meeting in a lovely dance studio in Liljeholmen. Easiest way there is the tram to Årstadal, it stops right outside the door, or bus 134 from Liljeholmen, getting off at Sjövikstorget.

The workshop will be in held in English.
