About EUDIS Defence Hackathon 2026 Latvia

EUDIS Defence Hackathon 2026 Latvia is an international defence innovation hackathon taking place at the University of Latvia from 15–17 October 2026 under the European Union Defence Innovation Scheme (EUDIS). This year's theme is “Autonomy on the Battlefield”, focusing on autonomous systems and robotics solutions across air, land, maritime and space domains.

Participants will work on real-world defence challenges, develop and refine their solutions with the support of industry experts and mentors, and present their solutions to a jury at the end of the hackathon. Teams will compete for a €10,000 prize pool and have opportunities to further develop and test their solutions.
