Because the two sides don't know each other exists, and because the route from "we have this data" to "you can work with this data" runs through legal and organisational questions nobody has an incentive to answer first.

The Nordics are the interesting exception: decades of population-scale health registries, linked records, and a research culture that already knows how to use them. Which makes Stockholm a good place to ask what the rest of Europe is getting wrong?

This is three hours to close that gap in one room. This is hosted by Vinnova, Foresight Institute and SPRIND. Foresight Institute is a San Francisco based indie non-profit founded in 1986. is SPRIND is Germany's federal agency for breakthrough innovation, backing the moonshots too risky for anyone else to fund.
